The epic Hollywood collaboration you've always dreamed of is finally becoming a reality - Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese are coming together for a brand new short film, but it might not be everything you'd hoped for!

The giants of cinema are uniting for 'The Audition'; a mini-movie featuring De Niro and DiCaprio (playing themselves) as they vye for the same role offered by the legendary director.

But hold your horses before you get too excited. Rather than being a full on movie, the project is in fact a glorified commercial, designed to promote two new Asian casinos - Studio City in Macau and City of Dreams in Manila.

It seems the actors had their bank accounts, rather than their artistic integrity, in mind, as Pitt, DiCaprio and De Niro were each rumored to make a cool $13 million each for two days work. That's not a bad hourly rate!

'Can you believe how much were getting paid?!'

Although it may sound like a cynical affair, the short was written by Terence Winter (The Wolf of Wall Street) and produced by Brett Ratner (X-Men: The Last Stand), so there may be hope for it yet.
