To all the fandoms of the most popular books, this year is your year.
2015(for me) is the year of the book adaptations. Let's see what are some book adaptations of this year.
FIFTY SHADES OF GREY
As everyone already knows, this movie adaptation is coming out on February and all the fans are freaking out. But there is something kind of bad for most of them. The film was rated R for strong sexual content including dialogue, some unusual behavior and graphic nudity, and for language.
Well... we did know that was going to happen anyway.
The storyline follows the life of Anastasia Steele, a literature student that goes to interview Christian Grey, substituting her friend Kate Kavanagh. With the time Christian and Anastasia realize that they want each other and they begin a really, in some way, hard relatioship. Christian has his own tastes and he is consumed by the need of control everything.
Are you looking foward to see this movie?
The sequel of Divergent is coming out this March, its scenes have a lot of action and it hasn't been rated yet, but its expected rating is PG-13 for intense sequences of action and violence, sexuality.
Yes, sexuality, and it's all because of *spoilers* that one scene of Tris and Four making out.
The fans cannot wait for the movie to come out, but others are mad because they say that many of the scenes have been changed. But, why?
Adapting the second book, the storyline follows Tris, Four, Caleb, Peter, and Marcus. They travel to Amity, where several surviving Abnegation are settled in. Amity issues a statement that all factions may seek refuge there as long as they reside in peace.
This part contains spoilers for people that haven't read the book.
One of the scenes that is different, is when Tris decides to go to Erudite and confront Jeanine and also save the ones she loves. When Erudite capture her, they take her to a metalic table where Jeanine tests her and her reactions as a Divergent.
In the movie trailer you can see the box and the cables that are being used to test Tris.

THE DUFF (Designated Ugly Fat Friend)
To be honest with you guys, I didn't know anything about this one, so I'm going to explain the whole story quickly because I don't have a opinion on this book.
Bianca is a content high school senior whose world is shattered when she learns the student body knows her as 'The DUFF' (Designated Ugly Fat Friend) to her prettier, more popular friends. Now, despite the words of caution from her favorite teacher, she puts aside the potential distraction of her crush, Toby, and enlists Wesley, a slick but charming jock, to help reinvent herself. To save her senior year from turning into a total disaster, Bianca must find the confidence to overthrow the school's ruthless label maker Madison and remind everyone that no matter what people look or act like, we are all someone's DUFF.

This movie was realeased in 2014, but it's coming out in the USA on February 2015.
Rated PG-13 for intense fantasy violence and action throughout, frightening images and brief strong language.
The heroe of this movie is Thomas Ward, the seventh son of the seventh son. He is being trained by John Gregory, also a seventh son of the seventh son, he has to learn to fight witches, boggarts, ghouls and all kinds of monsters. John is known as the spook of the town and Thomas must train to become one. Which is pretty hard, since no many people can become a spook.
I haven't read this book either, but I saw the trailer and it seems pretty cool. It has a lot of action, fantasy, these incedible monsters (I love monsters) so, you know I'm looking foward to see this movie.
THE SCORCH TRIALS
Yess!! One of my favorite ones. I'm a good reader, and I finished the book a couple of days ago. The movie is to be released on September 2015.
There's no sneak peek, nor trailer, nor poster, anything. The movie is filming, so I think we have to wait for a trailer a few months more. Let's check the storyline.
The Gladers have escaped the Maze, Thomas was sure it was the end. But the Maze was only the beginning. Phase two has just begun. The Gladers have two weeks to cross the Scorch-the most burned out section of the world and find the safe heaven.
I can't wait to see this movie, what about you?
MOCKINGJAY PART 2
I don't think I need to explain much about this movie, because we all know what is it about. Unfortunately we have to wait 11 months to see the film.
I'm waiting for a trailer at least, I don't know about you guys but I'm dying for this movie, I want to see it right know.
In conclusion, 2015 is my favorite year so far. I'm going to see most of my favorite books become a movie, and that's really exciting and sad. Mockingjay is the last movie of the Hunger Games series, yep no more Hunger Games for us after November.
