With classic fairytales now making the transition from animation to live-action - Maleficent and Snow White and the Huntsman being just two examples - it got me thinking: what would a Pixar movie look like in real life?

The studio has already proved their mastery over animation, so how about trying something a little different? Being super pumped for The Incredibles 2, I thought I'd come up with my own casting choices for the new movie, if it was live-action!

Let me know what you think about my choices and who you would you cast instead...

Jon Favreau as Mr. Incredible

Favreau's stocky build and endearing sense of humour makes him perfectly suited to play the heroic yet self-effacing head of the family - Mr. Incredible!

Sandra Bullock as Elastigirl

Maybe it's just because I secretly want Sandra Bullock to be my own mom, but I think she would be great as Elastigirl. She can be tough and deadly (see Speed), but also loving, humble and funny (See Miss Congeniality). Okay, please just adopt me Sandra.

Chandler Riggs as Dash

Although Riggs cut his acting teeth working with much more serious subject matter in The Walking Dead, I think he's up to making the transition to the hyperactive Dash.

Chloë Grace Moretz as Violet

Moritz has already proved her ability to play surly superheroes with aplomb, after her fantastic performance as Hit-Girl in Kick-Ass. If she can replicate that here (with a little less swearing), Violet's personalty is sure to come jumping out of the screen!

John C. Reilly as Syndrome

Even though Reilly is a comedy actor, I always see a darker side of him lurking beneath his genial exterior - perhaps it was the underlying sadness of his performance in Magnolia. In any case, he's perfect - if a little old - to play the maniacal badass Syndrome, and even sounds like him too!

Jamie Foxx as Frozone

Jamie Foxx is the ideal candidate for playing the slick, fast-talking ice-man, Frozone. Besides being super cool, he's got the style, the voice and the comic timing.
