Rain represents mainly two things : hope and sorrow. Some scenes with rain added dramatic element, in hopes for making it more iconic. Some rain scenes are just glorious. My favorite is from Shawshank Redemption (like in the banner picture). Most shocking rain scene was from Magnolia, but sadly I couldn’t find a proper image. There’s just too many movies with rain scene that I put a lot more than usual in this post.

1. I don't think this one needs a clue. Practically, if you type rain scenes in movies on Google, this image will pop. But for you who doesn't know, it's Sam Raimi's first adaptation of a comic hero.

6. This smart teenage girl must choose between her school or her hunky older boyfriend.

7. This boy scout leader search for his skillful boy scout almost entire movie.

8. He spend most of the movie analyzing why his girlfriend dumped him

9. Last one, is one famous scene. Both can't deny that the first love chemistry is still there, although one of them is getting married.
