For 26 years The Simpsons' voice actors have had us in fits of cackling laughter.
Each character's distinctive voice has become so iconic that it's impossible to imagine them any other way. Can you really imagine Homer's 'Doh' sounding any less irritated? Barney's burp less horrifyingly gurgling?
It's fairly well known that each actor performs the voice for more than one character, but this graph, created by Jishai, will blow mind your mind!
As you can see, over one hundred characters in The Simpsons are voiced by just twelve incredibly talented actors!
Dan Castellaneta, who voices such characters as Homer, Barney, and Mayor Quimby, tops the list with a whopping 26 characters!
Watch this hilarious video with Dan Castellaneta as he runs through all of his Simpsons character voices and the inspiration behind them!
Pretty cool, huh?
Jishai also created a graph to show the equally impressive efforts of the voice actors behind the show South Park.
Take a look at the image below.
In comparison, just four guys provide the voices for almost 90 characters!
How do they manage to make each voice sound SO distinctive!?
