We're pretty huge fans of incredible artwork here at Moviepilot; often, in the middle of the day, the editorial G-chat window will pop up when one of our staffers finds an incredible piece and can't help but share. So, when these concept pieces by Mohammed Z. Mukhtar sailed into my unread messages, I was elated!
The artist, who seems to focus on armored concepts and military-inspired pieces, took a break from the usual camo to give Batman a look that would send his future heir, Terry McGinnis, into a pit of jealousy.
The futuristic concepts meld with medieval armor styles seamlessly, giving the Bat a newfound protection to go with the weapons gallery attached to his body.
While you decide on your favorite of the four concepts, I feel like it would be a crime as a Star Wars fan not to share some of the concepts that Mukhtar created. In a set of Stormtrooper redesigns, Mukhtar brings his brand of neo-fantasy-military (hello, Halo!) concepts to a galaxy far, far away.
Of course, Vader's Fist would not be complete without the dark lord himself - and in Mukhtar's take on the character, he reflects the strict European designs of a C.O.B.R.A. commander.
