When every year starts we take a look at all the awesome movies in store and we say "This will be the year for movies." It's like that every year, and this year is no different. Taking a look at all the amazing, action packed, hilarious and dramatic movies coming up this year, here are some of the top titles to look forward to.

The Scorch Trials

The second installment in The Maze Runner series is premiering on September 18th. The Maze was only the beginning and The Scorch Trials follows the Gladers most treacherous adventure yet. Directed by Wes Ball, starring Dylan O'Brien, Thomas Sangster, Ki Hong Lee, Kaya Scodelario along with a whole new cast.

Mockingjay: Part 2

The final chapter in The Hunger Games trilogy that we have all been waiting for. Mockingjay part 2 will feature the same cast from Part 1 and this movie will show the full out rebellion in Panem, the final battle. It will show the ending of The Hunger Games saga.

Insurgent

The sequel to the action packed movie Divergent will be premiering on March 20th and this trailer will leave you on edge until then. Starring the main cast of Divergent as well as Daniel Dae Kim, Naomi Watts, Octavia Spencer and Rosa Salazar.

Avengers Age Of Ultron

The long awaited sequel to Marvels' The Avengers will premiere on May 1st, and from the looks of the trailer this movie is going to be mind blowing! Starring the original cast of Avengers from the first movie.

Fantastic Four

This new version Fantastic Four movie will premiere on August 7th, directed by Josh Trank and starring Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Michael B. Jordan and Jamie Bell. Although it's going be different, looks like it's going to be spectacular!

Antman

Marvels' newest superhero film will be premiering on July 17th. Antman may be tiny, but this movie is gonna be huge! Starring Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Hayley Atwell and Michael Pena. Directed by Peyton Reed.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens

The light and the dark side are at it again in the newest Star Wars movie. Directed by J.J Abrams and starring the original cast from the Star Wars film series. Star Wars Episode VII is premiering on December 18th.

SPECTRE

BOND IS BACK! Action, adventure, mystery and intrigue, the new 007 movie is Premeiring on November 6th and is directed by Sam Mendes. Starring Daniel Craig, Monica Belluci, Lea Seydoux, Christoph Waltz and Ralph Fiennes.

Furious 7

The new Fast and Furious movie looks like it's gonna be a wild ride. Literally. It is premiering on April 3rd Directed by James Wan and stars Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster and Lucas Black.

Jurassic World

After 12 years, the fourth Jurrasic Park movie is finally premering! Produced by Steven Spielberg and directed by Colin Trevorrow, this thrilling new movie is premiering on June 12th, starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Ty Simpkins and Nick Robinson.

Unfriended

Unfriended is definitely the most anticipated horror movie of the year, it isn't like any other scary movie we've seen. This is horror on a whole new level. A very real level. Starring Shelley Hennig, Renee Olstead, Jacob Wysocki, William Peltz, Courtney Halverson and Heather Sossaman. Premiering on May 1st.

The Longest Ride

Another amazing movie based on a Nicholas Sparks novel. The Longest ride tells not one but two love stories. Starring Britt Robertson and Scott Eastwood. Premiering on April 10th.

Pitch Perfect 2

THE PITCHES ARE BACK! I'm sure we all remember how hilarious Pitch Perfect was, well the sequel is gonna ten times funnier and aca-amazing! Starring the same cast from the first movie. Premiering on May 15th.

Home

OH my god this new movie from Dreamworks looks hilariously awesome! It features some really great voices, Jim Parsons, Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez and Steve Martin. Home is premiering on March 27th.

Inside Out

Disney and Pixar come together to create a movie like nothing like we've ever seen before. With voiceovers by Bill Hader, Amy Poehler, Mindy Kaling, Phyllis Smith, Lewis Black and John Ratzenberger. Premiering on June 19th
