The new horror film Valley of the Sasquatch is gearing up for its film festival run and soon to be announced world premiere. To celebrate this occasion, the filmmakers recently unveiled the official poster for the creature feature over at Bloody Disgusting. The poster comes from award-winning artist Paul Shipper (Bad Milo) and evokes the feel of classic posters from the golden age of Bigfoot cinema.

Valley of the Sasquatch marks the directorial debut of John Portanova, who also wrote the screenplay. The film stars Miles Joris-Peyrafitte (Gut), Jason Vail (Abraham Lincoln vs. Zombies), David Saucedo (Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones), D'Angelo Midili (The Invoking), and Bill Oberst Jr. (Resolution).

Valley of the Sasquatch Synopsis:

After losing their home following a devastating loss, a father and son are forced to move to an old family cabin. Neither reacts well to being thrown into this new world. The son's attempts to relate to his father are complicated when two old friends arrive for a weekend of hunting. This trip into the forest will unearth not only buried feelings of guilt and betrayal, but also a tribe of Sasquatch that are determined to protect their land.
