After seven amazing seasons, this year unfortunately marks the last season of Amy Poehler's hilarious comedy [Parks and Recreation](series:214218). The staff of the Pawnee Parks department have given us many laughs over the years, and I only hope that the show is put into syndication and replayed as many times as Friends and Full House over the next 20 years, that is how much I love it. However as fans of Little Sebastian know, sometimes you have to let a good thing go.

It's been a long road for Leslie Knope and her rag-tag team, fighting for their rights to make beautiful places for the citizens of a city first in friendship and fourth in obesity, Pawnee, Indiana. Check out how the cast have changed from their earliest appearances to Season 7:

Amy Poehler (Leslie Knope)

Ah Lesley, our waffle loving, ever-ambitious government employee. From slighty annoying character in episode 1, the writers clearly realized their mistake and turned in her into a perfect character whose aging process seems to have frozen in time.

Nick Offerman (Ron Swanson)

Ron Swanson, no longer wearing the noose of government (a.k.a. a tie) has relaxed into his preferred attire - that which one can freely wood work in. Not to mention that the mustache has only gotten grander.

Chris Pratt (Andy Dwyer/Burt Macklin)

From the guy who fell in the pit, to Johnny Karate! Chris Pratt and Andy Dwyer have only gotten better with time, not to mention that Andy consistently has some of the funniest lines in the show:

Aubrey Plaza (April Ludgate)

Deadpan and cynical, April Ludgate is the perfect opposite to Leslie's ever-bubbly personality. After joining the team as an intern in Season 1, April has made a career out of the Parks department and marries Andy along the way.

Aziz Ansari (Tom Haverford)

Tommy Haverford, what an entrepreneur! From beginnings as a Parks and Rec department administrator, to Entertainment 720, to Rent-a-Swag and finally with Tom's Bistro, it's safe to say the only way is up for this mogul!

Retta (Donna Meagle)

Donna Meagle, treat yo self! Over seven seasons it's clear to see that this Benz driving, live tweeter has only gotten better with time.

Jim O'Heir (Jerry/Larry/Terry Gergich)

Damn it Jerry!

Adam Scott (Ben Wyatt)

What can you say about the creator of Cones of Dunshire? Nothing, look at him, he's married to Leslie, father to three triplets (that we conveniently never really see...) and he's the currently Pawnee city manager. He's clearly crushing life.

What do you love about Parks and Rec the most? Tell me over here!
