One of the more repeated responses to the first teaser for Josh Trank's upcoming Fantastic Four film was that the preview looked a little bit like [Interstellar](movie:813746), Christopher Nolan's 2014 scifi blockbuster. Fans pointed out the similarities, citing cinematography, tone, and music - but one fan decided to go a step further and mesh the two together, just to see how well it flowed.

Along with the footage meshing perfectly along the narration, I think one of the greatest similarities in the two trailers would be the overall tone of curiosity - the biggest hook for me, personally, when it came to the [The Fantastic Four](movie:34667) teaser. You could tell at that moment that this wasn't going to be your standard superhero movie, whether it soared or flopped in the end.

The monologue fits the context perfectly, which I really enjoyed. Is it weird that I might like this even more than the teaser itself?
