The wait is nearly over for those who are still swept up in [Frozen](movie:411685) frenzy! On March 13th a brand new 7-minute Frozen short film will beginning showing in theaters before the upcoming live-action film, [Cinderella](movie:373064)! I cannot wait!

Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck have once again joined forces to direct the film, titled Frozen Fever, which will feature a new song written by the power couple behind "Let it Go," Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. Josh Gad, the voice behind Olaf, has predicted big things for the new song saying "If history is any indicator, kids will go nuts." Prepare your eardrums!

The short will center around Queen Elsa, Princess Anna, Kristoff, Sven and Olaf, as Elsa throws Anna a royal birthday extravaganza. Unfortunately because nothing is ever straight forward for the bad-luck stricken Elsa, things with the party go awry when she comes down with a cold on the day of the party. However Lee cryptically revealed to USA today that this is no standard cold: "Elsa doesn't get a cold in the usual way. She's special. Surprising things occur that wreak a little havoc." Talk about intriguing!

Take a look at the five new stills from the short film and read what the directors have to say about this much anticipated follow up:

Anna and Elsa look a lot closer after their ups and downs in Frozen:

How gorgeous does Elsa's green dress look? Also I can't help but feel that those sparkly petals might indicate that Elsa has some sort of flower powers?! Maybe Anna's dream of Elsa having tropical powers might come true?

The return of Princess messy hair!

While in Frozen we saw Anna trying to wake up her sister Elsa to build a snowman, director Chris Beck says "now it's Elsa's turn to wake Anna up." How perfect!

The palace looks all set for a huge party!

Despite the girls ages Chris Buck says "they never celebrated a birthday together. Elsa feels it's (a chance to do) something nice for her sister." Aw! I guess they've got a few birthdays to make up for, it's nice to see Elsa doing this for Anna.

Olaf predictably causes some mischief

Oh Olaf, trust you to get stuck into the cake first! Speaking of the cake, I love that it's decorated with sunflowers, the opposite to snowflakes and something that perfectly match Anna's sunny disposition.

Check out this amazing family portrait!

Jennifer Lee spoke about this strange blended family portrait, saying: "There's a slight dorkiness to the painting. But it's the best thing they could all wish for, just that ordinary family feeling."

I definitely think they've nailed it, and I love that Elsa is holding Olaf, ya know, because the cold doesn't bother her anyway (sorry).
