It may have only been a week since X-Men star, Michael Fassbender, was confirmed to be playing the role of Steve Jobs in a forthcoming biopic, but images showing the actor in costume have already surfaced online.
Despite an obvious lack of facial similarities, the 37-year-old looked to be fully embodying the tech god, even sporting the shoulder length hair that he had when Apple was founded during the 1980s.
The pictures were taken on-set near the tech mecca Silicon Valley in San Francisco.
The, as of yet untitled biopic, is directed by renowned Brit Danny Boyle, written by The West Wing's Aaron Sorkin, and co-stars Seth Rogen and Kate Winslet.
Writer Sorkin revealed that the movie will run more like a play, with three 30 minute "acts." Each "act" will depict the launch of a major Apple product. The products are thought to be: the Macintosh in 1984, NeXT in 1988, and the iPod in 2001.
Though filming has commenced, the movie has been wrought with problems since its conception 2 years ago - directors and actors have changed, and it was even dropped all together by distributors Sony. The film will now be distributed by Universal Pictures.
The true-story drama will be released just two years after an earlier effort Jobs, which starred Ashton Kutcher as the legendary Apple founder, was poorly received by both fans and critics.
