(sigh) After seeing the Star Wars Episode 7 trailer yet again I realized something. We know hardly anything about this film, but nonetheless we're excited now where does this seem familiar?
Yes, folks that's right we knew about the same amount of info about the prequel trilogy back in early 1999 as we know about Force Awakens in 2015, now that's just sad. For instance back in the Phantom Menace teaser we were rewarded with some similarities to our modern Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens teaser. Such as, cool lightsabers with multiple blades!!!
As well as both trailers featuring new and improved methods of transportation...
Which The Phantom Menace turned out to be crap because a friggin little kid without a pilot's license could fly one with the help of a droid at the guns.
Which The Phantom Menace one turned out to be crap because a friggin little kid without a pilot's license could fly one with the help of a droid at the guns!
I'm not saying this movie has no hope, what I'm saying is that we all had our hopes raised high for Phantom Menace, so I wouldn't be too surprised if this movie was either the greatest thing we ever saw or the worst thing ever known to mankind.
But, in all seriousness I'm very much looking forward to Star Wars Episode 7 just because of the fact that it will probably take that mental spot of a too watch list of a movie in December where the Hobbit used to be. Another reason that I'm excited for this film is that J.J Abrams is directing this one, as well as the epic fact that the original cast is coming back for another adventure (or two, or three)!!!
