We'd heard a little while back that plans were in motion to bring the Red Hood into a future episode of Gotham. Then, things got quiet. Now, a brand new synopsis has been released for a future episode, which reveals that the entire Red Hood Gang is set to make an appearance on the hit TV show this coming February!
The synopsis, which covers the next three episodes to air in the series, reads as follows: The fearsome secret origin of iconic Super-Villain The Scarecrow is revealed on Feb. 2 and Feb. 9, when Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Bullock (Donal Logue) track down a killer who murders in the name of science. On Feb. 16, Gotham City turns into a three-ring circus when a clown attack traps Gordon and Dr. Thompkins (guest star Morena Baccarin) under the Big Top, and Gordon meets John Grayson (guest star Rob Gorrie), the father of the future Robin. Finally, on Feb. 23, Gordon and Bullock track down the Red Hood Gang, as Selina (Camren Bicondova) plays a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse with Ivy (guest star Clare Foley).
So, now that we have confirmation that the Red Hood Gang is indeed set to show up on the show, the question remains: Will we see the Joker? Fans familiar with the Clown Prince of Crime know that he led the gang in the comics before his transformation into Batman's greatest nemesis.
Guess we'll just have to wait and see when the Red Hood Gang terrorizes Gotham on Monday, February 23rd.
Until next time, Infinite Earths fans!
