Until last nights episode, the sound track to the beloved CW show "[Supernatural](series:200506)" was nothing short of beautiful. It was full of throwbacks to classic rock heroes including Black Sabbath and Metallica. But after watching last night's episode (10.12 About a Boy), one question has remained in my mind, "Has Dean lost his touch?"

Throughout the past 9 and a half seasons, all that has been played in Baby was classic rock. It's the highlight of the show in my opinion and always the best way to end the show. But after the newest episode, I'm worried the Mark of Cain may be doing more damage to poor Dean than is visible on the surface.

As the brothers drive off at the end of the episode, Dean reaches over and turns the radio to a more modern station, but that isn't the terror. Many radio stations today play throwbacks to the early artists in their specified genres. The horror, and that is what it truly is, is the song that he allows to violate Baby.

Now, I don't have anything against pop music or even Taylor, but everything has a place it belongs, and sorry Taylor, but Supernatural just isn't home for you. Leave it to the Classic Rock Kings and take your Pop Princess butt to another TV show okay? I think Modern Family (ABC) would appreciate the help.

Should Supernatural stick to classic rock, or is it time they explored different genres?
