WARNING: Possible spoilers ahead!

I don't want to alarm you but it's pretty much only three measly days until [The Walking Dead](series:201193) jumps back onto our screens for another eight episodes of gruesome, walker-y delight!

To go along with the return of the show, Entertainment Weekly has released a set of photos from the upcoming ninth and tenth episode of Season 5, all of which will be printed in their upcoming issue, which will also feature Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) on the cover.

While all of the photos released by EW have the familiar crew we all know and love, Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes) told the magazine that that might soon change, saying "I think by the end of the season we’re carrying more characters than we’ve ever had in the whole other five years." If this isn't an indication that a major setting from the comic books is coming to the show soon, I don't know what is!

Take a look at the photos below:

Rick in episode 9

Dirty, bedraggled and sporting one heck of a beard, episode 9 Rick looks pretty much exactly as we left him, though he does look like he has a spot of worry in that furrowed brow.

Michonne in episode 9

These bars that we see Michonne are a dead giveaway that the group will soon find Wiltshire, or 'Shirewilt' as it will be called in the TV series.

Tyreese in episode 9

Further evidence to suggest that the group finds some sort of suburban setting is this picture of Tyreese inside a rather nice house. Word on the street is that this could be a very dangerous for our characters, particularly Tyreese, to be hanging out.

Skeleton in episode 9

OK, we've seen this skeleton pop up multiple times in the trailers and promo video for Season 5b and I can't wait to find out what its significance is. Of course there's always a chance that it's nothing except the show showing us in a visual way that so much time has passed since the apocalypse broke out, but I prefer to think that there's something more sinister to do with this guy.

Abraham in episode 10

Judging by that full bag the crew might be back on the road in episode 10 after a short stay at a gated community. Of course it's also entirely possible that Abraham is just returning from a food run, who knows.

Glenn in episode 10

Who could Glenn be looking back at?

Carol and Michonne in episode 10

The two ladies are looking very somber around a campfire here (suggesting that the group almost certainly get back on the road in episode 10), could something have happened to the group?

What are you looking forward to in the new Walking Dead the most?
