After seeing the trailers and the posters for Big Hero 6 I knew I wanted to see this film but I was never expecting that much. But now after seeing it, I have to be honest it was brilliant. (But lets be honest does Disney ever do any wrong?)

Over here in the distant land known as the UK we had to wait a lot longer then everyone else to see Big Hero 6 and it was worth the wait. Big Hero 6 is full of more heart and excitement then I was ever expecting.

This film is about Hiro Hamada, a young genius boy who has lost his brother. Who then teams up with a group of friends to form a band of high-tech heroes. The film is based on a Marvel comic book and of course like every time there's a Marvel film there is the obligational Stan Lee cameo. But you have to keep an eye out for it or you may miss it.

The film is beautifully made from the scenery to the animation, the city of Sans Fransokyo is unbelievably stunning and now I wish to live there. (If only it was a real place.) Well done to the animators and creative team at Disney for such a visually stunning film.

The film has a brilliant story and so many funny moments that it was constantly making me laugh, from Baymax and his low battery to Wasabi and his neat freak nature. The story kept me entertained from start to finish.

But for me Baymax steals the whole show, he is the reason that the film is what it is. Big Hero 6 had that Marvel feel, even reminding me of [Guardians of the Galaxy](movie:424073) at parts. (Which to be honest just makes me love it even more.) Baymax reminded me so much of Groot, and who doesn't love Groot? I feel like we all need a Baymax in our lives, even if it is just for the warm marshmallow hugs.

Also the sneaky Easter eggs that were placed into the film were a nice addition and made me very excited when I saw them.

[Big Hero 6](movie:425271) made me laugh and cry and I would defiantly recommend that everyone go and see it, no matter what age you are. Like right now.
