With Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice still being a pretty darned long way from our screens, it's not too surprising that we're aching for a full, close-up, detailed look at what we can expect to see - but we have, so far, been largely disappointed in that ache.

The movie is, after all, not set for release until March 25, 2016 - more than a year away - which suggests a full-length trailer isn't likely until the summer at the earliest.

In the meantime, though, we might just have our best look yet at the movie's three super-heroic leads - DC's holy trinity of Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman...

Now, that's actually an image we've seen before from last month's Hong Kong Licensing Show, though only in pretty frustratingly low quality (care of JoBlo)...

The new image, though, comes courtesy of an intrepid Reddit user, and while it isn't exactly in glorious HD, it's still our best look yet at the terrific trio together at last.

Plus, if you combine it with the rest of the teasing hints of awesomeness we've seen so far, it might just keep that aching need for more Batman vs. Superman footage down to a dull roar.

So, here's...

Wonder Woman...

Batman (and the Bat-Mobile)...

Superman (Returning)...

More Batmobile...

More Batman...

Even More Batmobile...

And, of course...

THAT Teaser...

And now just to wait until Zack Snyder finally lets loose that teaser trailer we've all been dreaming of...

I would say patiently, but there's no way that's going to happen...

What do you think though, gang? What'll we see next from the BvS team? Will that teaser be here sooner than we think? And just why IS Batman so sad?
