Amazing coming back from military life you get so much on how people look at you like you were not in the military or you are crazy! With the today on terror with health care making it like a law. The understanding of your son or daughter coming back not really noticing them gone except on holidays. You didn't know they had health issues although you noticed their attitude and was appalled. This movie every parent or todays home should watch. The constant health issues with fighting for our country or servicing those who do is a service. Health is a service, defense, performance and supplies. We all served and learned how to fight. Yet even as such with this amazing movie really helping you understand what is going on. So many of us and them are waiting for our pensions, or social security benefits. Yet they make it hard saying you don't have any work credits or we must really have everything to show you have these. It is not like we don't want to work it is we did and we are still owed our earnings. And don't have a pot to piss in for our civilian life that is still not comfortable.

Facts About the Americans with Disabilities Act

Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 prohibits private employers, state and local governments, employment agencies and labor unions from discriminating against qualified individuals with disabilities in job application procedures, hiring, firing, advancement, compensation, job training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment. The ADA covers employers with 15 or more employees, including state and local governments. It also applies to employment agencies and to labor organizations. The ADAs nondiscrimination standards also apply to federal sector employees under section 501 of the Rehabilitation Act, as amended, and its implementing rules.

An individual with a disability is a person who:

Has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities;

Has a record of such an impairment; or

Is regarded as having such an impairment.

A qualified employee or applicant with a disability is an individual who, with or without reasonable accommodation, can perform the essential functions of the job in question. Reasonable accommodation may include, but is not limited to:

Making existing facilities used by employees readily accessible to and usable by persons with disabilities.

Job restructuring, modifying work schedules, reassignment to a vacant position;

Acquiring or modifying equipment or devices, adjusting or modifying examinations, training materials, or policies, and providing qualified readers or interpreters.

Yet it clearly still hasn't changed even in the movie business , arts or sciences. Many who have even now are older is harder not really do these employers want to hire you. That is why I like what we have established with our magazine. The Fitness Professional Lifestyle Association is about resources for those who want or can help get back to LIFE.

I really liked how this movie showcased how if feels be that not just from a war but also like the female in this movie who got inspired by these two gentlemen to learn that she doesn't need a man and can get healthy in other ways. Finding a true self. There is a scene where although the one in the wheel chair who has a high IQ but can't speak where others see him as deformed and a freak with his buddy who is not deformed and hearing impaired understands him.
