I know already the batman fanboys are already calling for my head. "Batman + time to prep = 'cuz im batman!' Deal with it."
We've all read the blogs and online arguments for the, "Dark Knight." We've all been in arguments with Batman fanboys over 'what if,' battles and 'who would win?' And we always lose.
I have no intentions of being bias, im just going to state facts. I will let you the readers be the judge. I will be using the official character ratings from both respected comic book company websites DC comics, and Marvel.com.
So its time for the main event...
In the red corner, hailing from the city that never sleeps... Gotham City. Weighing in at 210lbs(95 kg) and 6 feet 2 inches. He is the Dark Knight, the caped crusader... Batman!
Real Identity: Bruce Wayne Occupation: CEO of Wayne Enterprises First Appearance: Detective Comics #27(1939) Alias: Another identity used by Batman is that of gangster "Matches Malone." Matches was a small-time arsonist who killed his brother and then committed suicide by burning himself to death. Becoming Matches allows Batman to operate within the criminal community as a respected member with pre-established credibility. Created by: Bill Finger and Bob Kane
Brief Introduction: Batman is the superhero protector of Gotham City, a man dressed like a bat who fights against evil and strikes terror into the hearts of criminals everywhere. In his secret identity he is Bruce Wayne, billionaire industrialist and notorious playboy. Although he has no superhuman powers, he is one of the world's smartest men and greatest fighters. His physical prowess and technical ingenuity make him an incredibly dangerous opponent. He is also a founding member of the Justice League and the Outsiders.
Skills and Abilities: He spent his youth traveling the world, training himself to intellectual and physical perfection and learning a variety of crime-fighting skills, including chemistry, criminology, forensics, martial arts, gymnastics, disguise, and escape artistry. At age 14, Bruce Wayne began his global sojourn, attending courses at Cambridge, the Sorbonne, and other European universities. However, he never stayed long and would often drop out after one semester. Beyond academia, Wayne successfully acquired various "practical" skills. While abroad, he studied and received training in multiple martial arts under various instructors and in different countries. His knowledge of so many varied disciplines has made Wayne an unconventional and unpredictable individual. At age 20, he attempted to join the FBI, but after learning about its regulations and conduct, Wayne deducted that he would never be able to completely oppose crime while working within the legal system.

Batsuit: The costume Batman wears is composed of reinforced Kevlar and a small percentage of titanium; it's bullet-proof and resistant to various types of attack (explosions, impacts, falls, etc...). It's also flame-retarding and insulating. The gloves and the boots are reinforced to rebound the impact of punches and kicks. The gloves have also some metallic blades on their sides. The cape is designed to provide the wearer with controlled gliding functionality with the ability to change directions and heights while in mid-air. The mask has a little percentage of lead, which shields the face of Batman from x-ray powers or x-ray technology, and incorporates an infrared and night visor, auditory sensors and a sonar. The mask is accessorized with some security systems (aggravating gas, electric blasts, etc.), like the utility belt, and integrates a transmitter receiver device de voice and video.
Utility Belt: Batman keeps most of his personal field equipment in a signature piece of apparel, a yellow utility belt. The utility belt has a button to call the car in a few appearances on Justice League, and a command for teleportation. Over the years it has contained items such as plastic explosives, nerve toxins, batarangs, smoke bombs, a fingerprint kit, a cutting tool, a grappling hook gun, torches, a "re-breather" breathing device, and lockpicks. Superman had entrusted Batman with a ring made of kryptonite, to be used should the Man of Steel ever need to be reined in (due to being mind-controlled by a villain, etc.). The Kryptonite Ring is contained in a lead pocket, in order to shield Batman from its radiations. The belt has also its own automatic security systems.

Real Identity: Marc Spector Occupation: Vigilante, Adventurer, entrepreneur, former cab driver, mercenary, CIA liaison, U.S. Marine commando, and heavyweight boxer First Appearance: Werewolf by Night #32 (1975) Created by: Doug Moench and Don Perlin
Brief Introduction: Born in Chicago, Illinois, Marc Spector is an American rabbi's wayward son. As an adult, Spector spends time training to be a heavyweight boxer, a U.S. Marine, and a mercenary. He becomes a skilled combatant and befriends the French pilot Jean-Paul DuChamp, whom he calls "Frenchie." While working for the African mercenary Raoul Bushman in Egypt, the group stumbles upon an archaeological dig whose crew includes Dr. Peter Alraune and his daughter Marlene. The dig had uncovered an ancient temple where artifacts included a statue of the Egyptian moon god Khonshu. Intent on looting the dig, Bushman kills Dr. Alraune. In response to Alraune's murder, Spector challenges Bushman to personal combat but is beaten nearly to death and left to die in the sub-zero temperatures of the desert night.
Roaming Egyptians who worship the ancient Egyptian gods find Spector and carry him to their temple. Helpless before the statue of Khonshu, Spector's heart stops. Khonshu appears to him in a vision, offering Spector a second chance at life if he becomes the god's avatar on Earth. Spector awakens, wraps himself with the silver shroud that covers Khonshu's statue, and again confronts Bushman. He defeats Bushman and returns to America with Marlene Alraune, Frenchie, and the statue of Khonshu. Deciding to become a crimefighter, Spector creates a silver cloaked costume, based on the silver shroud, and becomes the Moon Knight.

It can be manually put on and taken off with a machine or can be put on like the Extremis armor where pieces float to and armor up the user.
The armor had tools like a crescent dark gun on the wrists, mini-AngelWing, HUD, and it could increase the user's strength enough to hold a collapsing building. The armor had been update many times, adding lasers, grapple hooks, and jet boots.
Famous Quote: "" I wear it so they'll see me coming. So they'll know WHO it is. Cause when they see the white, it doesn't matter how good of a target I am. Their hands shake so bad they couldn't hit the moon." Moon Knight to Hawkeye about his "odd" white suit."
Random fight... no prep time
Premeditated assault aka with time to prep
Moon Knight wins.
Though the dark crusader does posses some admiral qualities, a fight with the avatar of vengeance would be too much for ol' batbrain. Given that Batman is one of the worlds greatest detectives and fighters, Moon Knight is no push over. With detective skills of his own and superior strength, agility and reflexes Batman would have his hands full. I know Batman has his gadgetry as does Moon Knight, but one thing Bats will have not taken into account is the God of Vengeance himself Konshu assisting Moon Knight. We have seen Moon Knight cut through bullets shot at him, and cheat death itself.
Batmans' strengths are intimidation and stealth. Moon Knight has night vision, can camouflage in the dark, gains greater abilities at night and has no fear. Moon Knight also has been known to have premonitions of the future. Another aspect Batman could not of calculated is Moon Knight's unpredictability caused by insanity. Konshu's lust for blood and violence fed through his avatar Moon Knight would be a brutality and viciousness Batman could simply not match.
Moon Knights knowledge of how to profile psychopathic behavior would also be an advantage Batman would not of accounted for. That alone would make Batman predictable and leave Batman vulnerable.
Though to Batman Fanboy dismay the Dark Knight has been bested by Deathstroke, Bane, Shiva, Jason Todd, Clayface, Bronze Tiger, Sgt. Branden, Deacon Blackfire, The Reaper and obviously the Joker. Therefore acknowledging these defeats the glorified, 'Batman,' is simply a human like the rest of us.
Moon Knight has gone toe to toe with the likes of Deadpool, The Punisher, Task Master, even Dr. Doom himself.
