I have been collecting comic books since I was 12 years old, mostly Justice League, Superman and Batman. Over the years there has been many Batman story lines that had an impact in our minds. So here is my list of my Top 3 favorite Batman Comic Book Story Lines.

#3 Batman Court of Owls & Death in the Family

To be honest, I really had a hard time in deciding this part. The Court of Owls is the first comic book I ever read in DC's New 52 reboot, and it did not disappoint. The story by Scott Snyder and Artwork of Greg Capullo is superb. The story main antagonist is The Court of Owls, an organized crime grouped that existed since the time of Alan Wayne (Bruce's great grandfather). The group kidnaps child performers from the circus to train and transform them into assassins known as the Talons. In the Death of the Family story line (also written by Scott Snyder and art by Greg Capullo) follows the return of The Joker to Gotham, where he first went to get his face that he nailed into a wall, and sticks it back by using a belt, which both awesome in creepy. We also get to the the Bat-Family and also has a twist that it is up to the readers to decide. If you can get your hands in both of these I suggest you should, both of them has a box set that comes with a comic book and a mask, which is freaking awesome. For me It is one of the best Batman story lines I have ever read.

#2 Batman: Year One

This is no doubt one of the best Batman story line, it generally focuses on Jim Gordon and Bruce Wayne who are both struggling to fight the evil in [Gotham](series:1127075) City. It is also where we see the origin of Batman. A film adaptation was released last 2011, to let you know how awesome this comic book story line is.

Honorable Mentions:

The Dark Knight Returns

Batman: The Long Halloween

Batman: Dark Victory

#1 Batman: Hush

This has always been my favorite Batman story line, It has all a Batman fan could ask for. A fight with Superman, the Rogues, The Bat-Family, and we even get to see a bunch of Batmobiles!

The fight with Superman is also one of my favorite moments in this story line.

There's a lot more than what I have been writing here. So I highly suggest you grab a copy of these and start reading.

What did you think about my list? What's you Top 3 Batman Comic Book Story Lines?
