In it's ten-season run on television, Friends had a myriad of guest stars. Including the likes of Bruce Willis, Brad Pitt, and Julia Roberts, the list goes on and on. Although each of their stints on the show were great, the most memorable guest star award (that I just made up) obviously goes to Marcel the monkey.

On the off chance you've wondered what our favorite primetime primate has been up to since making an appearance on Friends, here are 7 facts you should know about Marcel.

1. Marcel is actually girl

Yes, Marcel is a "she" not a "he," and her name is Katie and she is amazing.

2. Katie is a White-headed Capuchin

Capuchins are known for being highly intelligent and long lived. Katie is 25-years-old, but the maximum recorded age is 54 years.

3. She's had other recognizable TV roles

She worked with Tina Fey and Tracy Morgan on the 30 Rock episode "Stride of Pride."

Here she is with Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande on the set of Nickelodeon's Sam & Cat.

4. She's also starred in commercials

And been lovingly held in the arms of Lorenzo Lamas.

5. Her talents have also taken her to the silver screen

Remember this scene from Bruce Almighty? It'd be pretty hard not to considering Katie jumps out of that man's pants!

6. She is the unofficial mascot of a sports team

That's right! Katie works as the Anaheim Angels' rally monkey to keep the crowd hyped.

7. She's a model

Isn't Kendall Jenner so lucky to be standing next to Katie?

Whether it's sports, print, TV, or movies, Katie is truly a renaissance monkey. I mean, she's a freakin' monkey and her life is so much more eventful than mine. Homegirl can't even talk, but she's still taking Hollywood by storm. Way to go, Katie. I guess Ross was right and that going to the San Diego Zoo really opened up a lot of doors!

No matter how successful she becomes, let us never forget Katie's most beloved role yet:
