John Travolta failed to escape Sunday's Oscars without raising a few eyebrows, striking gold yet again with his hilariously inappropriate behavior.

Since his hiccup on the Oscars podium last year when he proudly introduced Idina Menzel as the "wickedly talented Adele Dazeem," he has clearly spent the year considering how he can do damage repairs for last year's gaffe. Instead, he just managed to fluff everything up even more.

Let's have an in-depth look into how he grabbed all the social media heat this year with his awkward interactions.

1. Travolta smooches Scarlett Johansson

Unsurprisingly, Johansson was not too amused with his handsy display. She just hoped for the moment to end.

Naturally, a wave of Travolta memes have flooded the internet since his epic entrance. Here he is smooching Russia's President Putin and Kanye West, clearly giving back all of his affection:

2. Travolta & Menzel reunite to present Best Original Song

Announcing her presenter co-star onto the stage, Menzel finally got her revenge on the previous year by poking fun at Travolta's slip-up in her introduction:

"Ladies and gentleman please welcome to the stage my very dear friend Glom Gazingo."

His bashful response was to touch her face as much as possible and grab her by the chin, holding on a little too long. All the while smiling manically and cooing:

"But you, you, my darling, my beautiful, my wickedly talented Idina Menzel."

That's a little more than just some playful patter, Travolta...

3. Travolta creeps on Benedict Cumberbatch

While seated in the Dolby Theater, Travolta caught a photographer's attention by creeping on Benedict with a very fixed gaze.

He's been caressing faces and stealing kisses but that's probably enough for this year. However, in 2016, I'm certain he'll back probably apologizing for touching Menzel's face so much and finding a new celebrity to cast his creepy gaze on.

I can't wait!

What do you think of Travolta's quirky antics?
