It's another fabulous day in Wellington Wells!

Compulsion Games, the same developers who also created the indie game Contrast, have announced a new game by the title We Happy Few. The game has a bit of a Bioshock feel to it, mostly due to the atmosphere. Bioshock being one of my favorite games, I have no complaints. Here's a look at the eerie trailer:

Pulled from the website for the game, the developers have said:

We Happy Few is the tale of a plucky bunch of moderately terrible people trying to escape from a lifetime of cheerful denial. Set in a drug-fuelled, retrofuturistic city in an alternative 1960s England, you’ll have to blend in with its other inhabitants, who don’t take kindly to people who don’t abide by their not-so-normal rules.

In terms of platform releases, they've said on their Twitter:

Not much else has been announced on the game, but they will be at PAX East in Boston (booth #6216), March 6th - 8th, so we might find out more after that! I have to say, I don't think I've been this excited for a lineup of games in a couple of years. Looks like we're in for a good time!

Are you looking forward to 'We Happy Few'?
