My Top 3 Moments You'll Get to Relive During the Marathon!
3. Iron Man Meets Nick Fury
It may not be long, and it's certainly not of the big blockbuster action scenes, but this was the moment in Iron Man that gave rise to first epic Avengers movie, and of course, the upcoming sequel!
Not only that, we were introduced us to one of the coolest Marvel characters ever, Nick Fury!
2. Iron Man takes flight!
The first time we see the famous hot-rod red Iron Man suit flying through the skies was one of the most defining moments in marvel movie history. We'd all been waiting for it to happen for so but it easily lived up to the hype!
1. The Avengers team prepare for battle!
I have to admit, there was a huge shiver down my spine when we first got to see the entire team preparing to wage all out war on Loki and his army of alien invaders.
Cast members Chris Evans and Jeremy Renner have been ramping up excitement levels as they revealed a number of interesting details about the sequel, including a hint that the Avengers team will spend much more time fighting on-screen together.
“In this movie, it’s not about having stand-out moments, it’s about trying to have stand-together moments. You want to have scenes where you’re like ‘Man, the Avengers just kicked ass!’
What we know for sure is that the movie will follow Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) as he attempts to launch a new peacekeeping program. But things go terribly awry forcing him, Thor (Chris Hemsworth), the Incredible Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and the rest of the Avengers team to reassemble.
As always, the fate of Earth is said to hang in the balance as the team is put to the ultimate test against Ultron (James Spader), a technological terror hell-bent on human extinction.
