It's been 11 years since Patches O'Houilan taught the staff at Average Joe's gym the five D's of Dodgeball: Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive and Dodge.

You know, like this:

After defeating White Goodman and his crew from Globo Gym what's happened to Peter La Fleur and his team? And where is White Goodman? At the bottom of a bargain bucket the last time we saw him.

Read on to find out.

Vince Vaughn as Peter La Fleur

Playing mainly comedic parts after Dodgeball, Vince starred in films like Wedding Crashers and The Internship.

He also plays Wes Mantooth in the Anchorman films.

Vince is set to appear in the highly anticipated Season 2 of True Detective later this year.

Ben Stiller as White Goodman

Ben's schedule has been mainly full since Dodgeball was released in 2004.

With acting, producing, and directing, Ben has his fingers in a lot of pies.

Meet the Parents, Fockers and Little Fockers grossed huge amounts at the box office. Tropic Thunder had rave reviews, a guest appearance in British comedy Extras was fantastic, and most recently Stiller and Owen Wilson announced they are filming the sequel to Zoolander by strutting their stuff on the catwalk at Paris Fashion Week.

And let's not forget that Stiller also voiced Alex the lion in Madagascar, played the night watchmen in Night at the Museum, and participated in many other projects.

Christine Taylor as Kate Veach

Married since 2000 Christine and Ben have worked on several projects together and have two children, Ella, 12, and Qunlin, 9.

Christine played Rebecca in Tropic Thunder and she and Ben played themselves in 3 episodes of hit comedy show Curb Your Enthusiasm with Larry David.

She also starred in four episodes of Arrested Development, voiced a character in American Dad, and appeared in an episode of My Name Is Earl.

Justin Long as Justin

After taking lot of Dodgeballs to the face and other body parts, Justin (who played a character of the same name) has continued to act.

He played the shoulder to cry on in He's Just Not That into You, voiced Alvin in Alvin and the Chipmunks, went down the horror route in Drag Me to Hell, and voiced various characters in King of the Hill.

Justin is in part one of Kevin Smiths True North Trilogy, Tusk, and is currently filming the second installment, Yoga Hosers, alongside Johnny Depp.

Rip Torn as Patches O'Houlihan

Since playing the bag of wrenches wielding coach, Patches O'Houlihan, Rip has continued his career in films and comedy.

He played Zed in Men in Black, did voiceovers for Dreamworks' Bee Movie, and parts in independent movies like American Cowslip with Val Kilmer.

Hank Azaria as Young Patches

Voicing characters in The Simpsons - like angry bartender Moe Szyslak - since it began in 1989, comedian Hank has done his fair share of voiceover work.

He has voiced Garmankul in The Smurfs movies, The Thinker and Abraham Lincoln's statue in Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, and was The Might Sven in Happy Feet Two.

Hank also played Gerard Damiano, director of Porn Film Deep Throat, in the biopic drama Lovelace about porn star Linda Lovelace. The movie also starred Amanda Seyfried as Linda and James Franco as Hugh Hefner.

Alan Tudyk as Steve the Pirate

After Steve the Pirate cut his hair and hopefully stopped referring going to the bathroom as "draining the sea monster," Alan has had success, most recently as The Duke of Weselton in Disney smash hit Frozen.

He also provided voices for Ice Age and Ice Age: The Meltdown, Ice Age: Continental Drift and Wreck-It Ralph.

Alan also played Dutch, Seymour Simmons' personal assistant in Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

Gary Cole as Cotton McKnight

Sadly Gary hasn't pursued a career as a sports commentator and has continued to act.

He was Vice-President Bob Russel in The West Wing, Kurt McVeigh in The Good Wife and Kent Davison in critically acclaimed comedy Veep.

Like most successful American comedy actors, he has also starred in an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Jason Bateman as Pepper Brooks

The second half of the commentary comedy double-act, Jason also has an impressive list of achievements post Dodge.

He has teamed up with both Vince and Ben in more projects. He had a cameo as himself in Tropic Thunder and starred alongside Vince in Couples Retreat.

In Juno, he played the prospective adoptive dad of Juno's baby and appears in both Horrible Bosses movies.

He is currently directing and starring in comedy drama movie The Family Fang with Nicole Kidman and Christopher Walken.

So there you have it, let's leave it with some words of wisdom from Patches O'Houligan himself.

Take care of your balls and your balls will take care of you.
