[Star Wars: Battlefront](tag:2684021) on the Xbox One, PS4 and PC is still one of the most anticipated titles of 2015. It's quite possibly the one game that I want to see a gameplay trailer for more than anything else this year (and a release date). That is of course, unless Bethesda reveal Fallout 4 at E3. DICE will obviously be trying to make Star Wars: Battlefront as successful as their Battlefield series, and we can't wait to see them try. Can you imagine that gameplay trailer though?!

But one aspect of Battlefield 4 that has been widely debated is the presence of levolution on some of its online maps. Some claim that they worsen the playing field once destroyed, while others appreciate the pace. Could Star Wars: Battlefront 3 see this new design implemented on its release date?

Levolution in Star Wars Battlefront 3

A lot of criticism has been thrown the way of Battlefield 4' Siege of Shanghai and Gulf of Oman maps. Their style of levolution, in many players opinions, worsened the maps and it seemed like a feature that was tacked on rather than feeling fluidly designed with the level.

DICE employees were open about the this and stated that the reasoning behind some of the levolution events poor implementation, was due to painfully low memory units on previous generation consoles. Therefore, their vision for true destruction couldn't exactly be achieved in Battlefield 4. So, if NextGen is really stepping things up, could this be vastly improved for Star Wars Battlefront on the PS4 , XBOX One and PC?

So with the power of new consoles, we can expect DICE's trademark level destruction gameplay to be vastly improved upon! Could we see the likes of starfighters crash to the ground? Hoth is an excellent example for this! Destroyed shield generators, collapsing tunnels, transport ships escaping throughout the battle. It would be chaos.

Can you imagine the madness of all of these separate events taking place at the same time? Perhaps we could have two separate objectives per map, one out in space and the other on the ground. Space to Ground combat had better be implemented in this game! If portable devices can handle it then so can the PS4, Xbox One and PC!

So what do you think Battlefront fans? Should Star Wars Battlefront 3 implement a lot of what made Battlefield 4 great? Or should it stick to its roots? Or should we see a healthy blend of both? What did you think of the Battlefield levolution levels? Be sure to let us know in the comments!

Star Wars Battlefront will get its release date later this year for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC and we seriously can't wait!
