“Following the events of Age of Ultron, the collective governments of the world pass an act designed to regulate all superhuman activity. This polarizes opinion amongst the Avengers, causing two factions to side with Iron Man or Captain America, which causes an epic battle between former allies.”

Yes it seems they will be sticking closely to the comics, Screen Rant states this was the synopsis given to extras. Looks like the superhero registration act will be making its appearance in the film which could spell trouble for the relationship between Cap and Iron Man. It is still unclear to how this will happen, though I believe we will be finding out in The Avengers: Age of Ultron. And in 2 weeks they will start shooting the film. As if we can't get excited enough already with Age of Ultron around the corner.
