They say a hero's only as good as his villains. I'm here to prove that.
5. Fantastic 4
An underrated bunch of bad guys in my opinion, the FF have a varying array of challenging foes, with heavy hitters like Dr. Doom and Galactus, to stranger antagonists, such as the Puppet Master, Mole Man (not to be confused with the Simpson version) and the Super Skrull.
With many villains to choose from, the X-Men were a no-brainer for this list. They have Magneto and the Brotherhood of Mutants, the Juggernaut, Dark Phoenix, Mr. Sinister, Sebastian Shaw and the Hellfire Club, Sabertooth, the Sentinels and Apocalypse. They have a lot of villains.
Although Spidey has some amazing villains, he just doesn't have a whole lot of memorable bad guys, which is why he isn't higher on this list.
2. Batman and Co.
Now, if you have read a previous article of mine, you would know that Batman is my favorite superhero, however 1 hero has better villains than him, nevertheless he has some amazing villains. My personal favorite is a tie between the Riddler, Scarecrow, and The Joker.
1. The Flash Family
Unlike other heroes rouges galleries (a name coined by the Flash) that may get kinda lame after the top ten or twenty villains, the Flashes have many, some of those are, Captain Cold, Heat Wave, Golden Glider, Trickster, Mirror Master, Pied Piper, Weather Wizard, Peek-a-Boo, Captain Boomerang, Gorilla Grodd, Reverse-Flash, Zoom, Killer Frost, Girder, Tar Pit, Abra Kadabra, The Shade (Jay Garrick villain), The General, Black Flash, Murmur, Rag Doll and the severely underrated Top.
