LETS STAR THIS OFF STRANGE
LETS STAR THIS OFF STRANGE

5. The Spirit, The Spirit

SHE IS MY CITY AND I AM HER SPIRIT!
SHE IS MY CITY AND I AM HER SPIRIT!

This is a character that is just really strange and interesting to me. His origin story is not what interests me so much as the fact that he is pretty much like Batman if he had super powers and zero gadgets. But he is also a playboy somewhat in the vein of James Bond, but not like Bruce Wayne is a playboy The Spirit is a playboy while in costume and most people have no idea who he is. He is a masked superhero that does not have a life outside of his vigilante status as he spends all of his time under the mask and not really having an alternate life to speak of or show. The Spirit is such a strange and interesting character that was brought to the big screen as Frank Millers directorial debut and was hated by critics and fans alike but to be honest I kinda liked it.

4. Deadpool, Various Marvel Comics

FUCK YOU ALL!
FUCK YOU ALL!

DEADPOOL IS THE SHIT!! HE IS JUST CRAAZY AS FUCK AND ALWAYS BREAKING THE FOURTH WALL AND TALKING ABOUT DEADPOOL FUCKING WITH THE FANS!.....Sorry folks WADE WILSON said I could only include him if I let him write some of the article. I just love the way this character GIVES NO FUCKS at all and does whatever he wants. You will see him pop up anywhere he wants and he is equipped with a shitload of badassery in his arsenal. The fact we are finally getting a film set in the X-Men universe shows the risks FOX is willing to go to. IM BAAAACK AND IF I REALLY WANTED TO I WOULD MARCH MY ASS INTO THE AVENGERS AND KILL THANOS BUT I JUST LIKE IT OVER HERE AT FOX WITH THE REST OF MY MUTANT FRENEMIES YA KNOW?!!? Go away Wade! We're done with you now.

3. Rorschach, Watchmen

Okay now with this character I love mainly because of the way that Jackie Earl Haley brought him to the screen. But his performance aside this is a character that is all about vengeance not justice. He wants to get revenge on all of the smut sick assholes that populate the world around him. He has seen the true evil that exists and he truly sees the evil in every person that he meets first and foremost. No matter how small of a crime you have committed if Rorschach sees it then he will subject you to a beating of the utmost brutality.

4. Spawn, Spawn

MAKE ANOTHER MOVIE DAMMIT!!
MAKE ANOTHER MOVIE DAMMIT!!

This one is very strange in the fact that a demon from hell is the hero. Let me repeat that A FUCKING DEMON FROM HELL IS THE HERO! Obviously the story is much more complex then that simple point, but the character synopsis let alone makes you want to read on and find out why he is the hero and if he is the hero then who are the villains and it brings so much depth to a story and character before you even pick up the book.

AND THE NUMBER ONE ON MY STRANGE LIST IS... DRUMROLL PLEASE

AREN'T GIFS FUN!

1. Marv, Sin City

This is such a strange character in an extremely strange comic series. Marv technically dies at the end of his quest for vengeance for the death of Goldie, but this character is freaking everywhere in all of the stories being badass as fuck. Even though he eventually dies he seems to come off as that guy you just CANNOT KILL! He helps various characters throughout their different revenge fueled stories and is able to just fuck up everyone, the sheer brutality he displays is what i love so fucking much. It definitely helps that Mickey Rourke had such a great portrayal of Marv in the films made by Robert Rodriguez. I don't know exactly why I love this character so much honestly but when i was coming up with the idea of a "Strange" top 5, this character living in this world immediately shot to the top of my list.

FEEDBACK OF ANY KIND IS GREAT AND CHECK OUT MY OTHER ARTICLES HERE.
