With 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' almost a month away, let's look back at some of the highlights of what we've seen so far:
Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver's debut
Even though we've pretty much already seen younger Quicksilver in X-Men Days of Future Past (and then together with her again in the post-credits scene in Captain America: Winter Soldier), we get to see both of the Maximoff siblings together fight against a common foe: The Avengers. But instead of having their father Magneto lead them, we have the main villain of the Avengers, Ultron, leading them.
Will they fight against the Avengers for long? Who knows.
Can't wait to see him. Out of all the characters that they said would be in this film, I was definitely expecting this guy to come. And, lo and behold, my wish is granted. But that thing on his head........ Could that be the speculated Soul Stone I've been hearing about? I guess there's only one way of knowing. Seeing the movie.
One of Iron Man's best armors in his arsenal. Aside from his Guardians of the Galaxy armor, this armor is BOSS! I mean, who wouldn't want an armor that can somewhat be a challenge for someone so.....incredible, or, what he's been called in the Marvel NOW universe, indestructible. The choice of incredible or indestructible is totally up to you. But this armor is going to be a challenge for the Hulk. But, hopefully, not much of one. I mean, it's the Hulk. Can anything be too much of a challenge for the Hulk? I ask you.
That's right. The villain that will put the pieces of 'Black Panther' together. Now that's how you get ahead in movie-making. Well done, Marvel, well done.
And I have to say, Andy Serkis certainly does make a good Klaw. I'm sure he's going to do a fine job at actually bringing the character to life, not just looking like him.
That and much more ahead with Avengers: Age of Ultron, premiering May 1. Or if you want to, you can watch the double feature the day before. From the words of a wise man, " 'Nuff said, true believers."
