Now, with X-Men: Apocalypse gearing up its production ahead of its May 2016 release, there're a whole lot of reasons to get excited about Marvel's merry mutants' next excursion on the big screen. Not only are much of the cast of X-Men: Days of Future Past set to return, but we're also set to see youthful versions of several of our favorite heroes make their screen debuts.

Cyclops and Nightcrawler are set to reprised by Tye Sheridan and Kodi Smit-McPhee respectively, but for many, its the arrival of Alexandra Shipp as Storm, and Game of Thrones' Sophie Turner as Jean Grey that's ramping up the excitement all the way to (Danger Room Setting) 11.

Especially since every glimpse we've had of the pair so far has hinted at a pretty darned awesome take on the characters - including this latest one from their fight trainer Holly Lawson:

Which, by simple virtue of showing the pair receiving fight training, is pretty fundamentally awesome. After all, by hinting that we might get to see a whole lot of action featuring Storm and Jean Grey in the movie, we just increased the chances of the film being fantastic by at least a few percentage points.

I mean - just look at 'em:

They're AWESOME.

What do you reckon, though?
