OK, this is just a theory so stay with me on this. Remember in guardians of the galaxy when The Collector says "Oh, my new friends, before creation itself, there were six singularities, then the universe exploded into existence and the remnants of this system were forged into concentrated ingots... Infinity Stones." and while he was talking a hologram was playing as he also said that only the most powerful beings in the universe could wield such a power..

Like this guy (from the hologram.)

Now to my knowledge in the Marvel Cinematic Universe there are six Infinity Stones (in the comics there were eight)

  • 1. The Time Stone (The Aether) in the Collectors collection.
  • 2. The Mind Stone (Loki's scepter) now in the possession of HYDRA.
  • 3. The Space Stone (The Tesseract) in the collectors collection.
  • 4. The Power Stone (The orb from guardians of the galaxy ) now in possession of the Nova Corps on Xander.

Which leaves the 5.Reality and 6.Time.

(the others in the comics were the Ego and Rhythm Stones) but it looks like the Marvel Cinematic Universe are just going to use the main six.

Now with four of the six revealed i think that Avengers age of Ultron will reveal another one. I personally think that the shiny bright thing on the visions forehead will be the Reality Stone.

The reason for me thinking this is because if you think about it Avengers Age of Ultron it has alot to do with the reality of Tony Stark ultimately screwing up and making ultron and the reality of dealing with it. Now according to the comics the thing on the visions heat is a solar jewel that can discharge optic beams, or absorb ambient solar energy which he needs to function.

Now we all know that the Marvel Cinematic Universe has made some differences compared to the comics such as.

In the comics Nick Fury was actually Captain Americas ally back in the late 40's early 50's other than cap meeting him in 2011 after being thawed out.

And in the 2008 Incredible Hulk movie Mr. Blue is a colleague of Banner’s called Dr. Samuel Sterns, but in the comics Mr. Blue is actually Betty Ross’s codename to help keep in touch with him and how he was coming along with a cure or not.

so what i'm getting at here is that anything can happen in the MCU. with the vision having the Reality stone then im willing to bet that the Time stone will come from no other than.....

Doctor Strange. why? because in comic history he could time travel at some points in his life. and with Doctor Strange coming out in November 4, 2016, and Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 coming out May 4, 2018 all the Infinity Stones will be revealed, the war between the Avengers and Thanos will begin and end in Avengers: Infinity War Part 2 which will be will released on May 3, 2019

Now the reason i think that Thanos wont be the biggest MCU threat is because Inhumans is set to release July 12, 2019, just two months after infinity wars part 2. Which leads me to think that there is even a bigger badder villain to come through after the Avengers defeat Thanos. i personally believe that villan will be no other than The One-Above-All.

The One-Above-All is the leader of the celestial's, the most powerful character ever written in the entire marvel universe, and is responsible for all life and existence for the marvel universe . He only comes to earth (universe) every couple thousand years and with thanos gone, all the Infinity Stones gathered by the avengers, and him not coming around for the past couple thousand years what better reason? sounds like The Inhumans might have their hands full after infinity wars. But again just a theory.....

Do you think The One-Above-All will come to the Marvel Cinematic Universe?
