Think you're a bit of a movie aficionado, and/or have the kind of memory that retains images like an overzealous sponge? Well I've put together the perfect quiz for you!

Filmmaker and talented editor Jacob T. Swinney has recently uploaded a very well edited video collection of 55 of the finest opening and closing frames in modern cinema side by side. I managed to guess about forty of the films, which I was quietly impressed with.

So now, quiz-fan, I hand the baton over to you and ask: can you guess the film by its opening and closing frames?
