The story is basically a series of good messages of integrity and moral conscience on how to treat others the way you wish to be treated. The leader of the Boov steals an artifact from the Leader of the Gorg, assuming that the Gorg are villains bent on the destruction of all other life. He believes falsely that he is liberating his people. And he also believes he is saving the human race from themselves. It just goes to show you that you truly "Can't Judge A Book By Its Cover". The Gorg were not the bullies at all, the Boov were. Of Course only one of them actually knew it. And OH manages to figure everything out in time to save 3 entire species from complete extinction.
