Every one should pretty much know about the original Teen Titans series that mostly appeared on Cartoon Network. Right? Right.

While the Warner bros did an AMAZING job with the series, it ended far too quickly. Fans who have watched it from the beginning are, i'm sure, still contemplating why in the world it ended in the first place. (I wasn't the only one who wept over my toy communicator....right?)

So without further ado- reason number one?...

TEEN TITANS GO? MORE LIKE TEEN TITANS NO!

After the end of the beloved original series, we were forced to choke down the left over, badly put together scraps of the television world. Yes, that's right, Teen Titans Go!. Not only does this show mock the stories characters, but it's also just plain out ruining the entire plot line. Ignoring details and replacing them with sad comedy bits meant to entice children.

Well Teen Titans wasn't meant to be enjoyed that way! In fact, the ONLY thing making this show the slightest bit bearable are the voice actors for the teens themselves. You go voice actors!

Reason two?...

WHAT HAPPENED TO ROBIN AND STARFIRE?

Obviously their romance was expected from the hints throughout the series, but it never went anywhere.

Despite the Ferris wheel ride, and the oh-so-sweet ending of Kitty's prom, we don't see much of their actual romance. I get it's a family show (or was supposed to be, in my opinion the plot was just on the borderline of too complicated for kids.) but there was much more they could have done with that. There's really nothing left to say. ROBSTAR ftw!

Now onto an issue I find most pressing, reason number three:...

WHAT IN THE NAME OF THE MAKER HAPPENED TO TERRA?! (Anyone catch that Dragon Age reference? Eh? Eh? I'm a huge fan- let's move on...)

Possibly the most important issue by the end of the series. First of all- It was never explained how she escaped the molten rock, how she ended up attending school, and why she "can't remember" anything about what happened to her before her current lifestyle.

Honestly? I think that episode was just to anger the fans before cutting off the series at this point because it's been years and I'm STILL pissed. (Terra is my favorite character, the punk teen rocked my world....EH?! I've gotta stop with the jokes they're probably not that funny...)

I HATE UNFINISHED CLIFFHANGERS! *wheezes heavily*

Let's move onto the fourth reason before I get worked up shall we?...

PROPS FOR THE ANIMATION?

You have to admit, the anime inspired Teen Titans were extremely appealing to the eye. The shows innovative style was the first thing to catch my anime fan eye as I'm sure it did for many others. (Yet another reason Teen Titans GO! is just a cheap carbon copy) There's really nothing left to say about this one, the style was amazing.

Final reason?...

A REMAKE WOULD MOST LIKELY BE MORE POPULAR THAN TEEN TITANS GO! EVER WAS

Even if we get a remake that isn't up to the standards of its fans, it'd still be better than Teen Titans Go!. The people who loved the original series would most definitely prefer it (personal opinion) (myself included) and hopefully with time a new fanbase would too, one that can appreciate it as us true fans can.

Until something happens with the original Teen Titans, I will continue to have questions and rants as I'm sure many of you do, but only time will tell (and hopefully produce results).
