This isn't some wild theory folks! Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has just announced that the new Spider-Man will NOT be an origin story like the past films. CraveOnline spoke with Kevin Feige about the upcoming Spider-Man reboot coming out July 28, 2017... Many Spidey fans are curious as to whether or not Marvel would go for a third retelling of the wall-crawler. The President of Marvel Studios did not hesitate to answer this question by stating the following below:

“In Spider-Man’s very specific case, where there have been two retellings of that origin in the last whatever it’s been – [thirteen] years – for us we are going to take it for granted that people know that, and the specifics

Feige continues, and makes it very clear that they would like to strictly focus on this Spider-Man's journey in life as a high school student.

“It will not be an origin story,“ Feige continued. “But, with great power comes great responsibility. It is inherent to who his character is. But we want to reveal it in different ways and spend much more time focusing on this young high school kid in the MCU dealing with his powers.”

This is great! Finally, Uncle Ben's suffering can finally end, sorry Sean Bean maybe next time. What I'm most excited about is checking out the new suit for Spider-Man, that's right! Feige continues to tell CraveOnline that this Spider-Man will be featured with a new suit.

“There is a young kid [already] running around New York City in a homemade version of the Spider-Man costume in the MCU, you just don’t know it yet [laughter]“

Kevin Feige went on to make some more very interesting comments. To view the whole story, click [HERE]

Before I end this, I'll add something from my long list of wishes... Maybe we'll finally see the suit from Amazing Fantasy Vol 1 #15 that features a Spider-Man with the crazy spiderwebbing underneath his arms!

What do you guys think about this news? Are you even more excited, and do you agree with the new changes?
