I'm from a big family, so going to a theme park really hasn't been to popular of an idea with my parents. But that doesn't mean I can't dream! I've always wanted to go to Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Atlantis, and more. There's something exciting, thrilling, and fun about visiting theme parks. So I present to you the top movie based theme parks I would love to visit (and you should visit)!

10. Disney's Hollywood Studios - Orlando, Florida

If you're up for some freaky towers, Aerosmith music, or star wars rides then this is the place for you. You'll be able to meet all your favorite Disney stars, ride on some adrenaline pumping rollercoasters, and eat a ton of great Disney themed. food.

9. Avatar World - Orlando, Florida

Avatar World was announced in 2011 by the Walt Disney CEO Robert Iger. Basically, it's James Cameron's Avatar and the planet Pandora come to life. It's going to be in Disney's Animal Kingdom, and already boasts the most life life animatronics of any theme park!

8. Discovery Cove - Orlando, Florida

Okay, I know what you're thinking. This isn't movie based. You're right, it's not. But I could only come up with nine movie based theme park ideas, and nine is such an incomplete number. Plus, there's so much to do at Discovery Cove: Swim and play with dolphins, feed and hold numerous exotic rainforest birds, hangout with otters and more!

7. Disneyland Park - Anaheim, California

Although I'd rather go to Disneyworld than Disneyland, Disneyland would still be a magically marvelous place to visit. It's got everything from Mickey's Toontown to Pirates of the Caribbean. Plus, it's smaller so maybe I'd be to actually see the entire park before I left!

6. Disney's Magical Kingdom - Orlando, Florida

Anything at Disneyworld would be awesome, but the Magical Kingdom would be lower down on my list. It'd be awesome fun to visit Cinderella's castle, journey into Ariel's watery world, see some pirates, and more. But first...well, you'll find out.

5. Universal's Islands of Adventure - Orlando, Florida

I'm a sucker for superheroes, so it's a no-brainer this theme park ends up high on the list. From The Amazing Spider-Man, to The Incredible Hulk, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, and Cat In The Hat every one is there. You'll experience rides like never before featuring dinosaurs, wizards, superheroes, and even the greatest kids character ever: the Cat in the Hat. I have to go to this theme park and so do you.

4. Dubai Parks and Resorts - Jebel Ali, UAE

This park/resort will actually have three different theme parks put together as one enormous family fun, action packed, tourist trap. That's right! It's going to have a Legoland, a Bollywood-themed park, and a new park called...Motiongate Dubai! Motiongate Dubai will be the first ever Dreamworks centered theme park where we can see Shrek, How to Train Your Dragon, and Rise of the Guardians come to life!

3. Atlantis Resort - Paradise Island, Bahamas

There'd be so much exciting adventures to have at Atlantis Resort that'd be impossible to do everything! There's everything from water parks, swimming with dolphins, scuba diving, a casino, many huge aquariums, golfing, going to shows, and so much more. This is definitely one of my top picks for theme parks I'd love to visit and one that you should visit sometime!

2. IMG Worlds of Adventure—Dubai, UAE

This will be the world's largest indoor theme park ever! It's actually part of Dubailand's Attractions and Experience World, but it'll be such a big place that it'll seem like it's own park. It's going to have four separate parts inside including: a Cartoon Network Area and a Marvel comics area. That's right! I said Marvel Comics! I definitely have to go here once it opens.

1. Disney's Animal Kingdom - Orlando, Florida

Everyone who knows me, knows I'm a movie buff and Marvel nerd. They also know that even animals will come before Marvel, which is why Disney's Animal Kingdom is the no. 1 theme park I want to visit someday. I'll get to see animals like lions, zebras, rhinos, and more. I can watch Finding Nemo the musical or I can meet all The Lion King characters. Everything at Disney's Animal Kingdom sounds exciting and interesting.

Well, what are you waiting for? Start saving so you can do some spending with me and we'll go make a journey around the globe and hit all the theme parks!
