Come one, come all!!! Gather round for what seems to be one of the best bits of news that we have received lately concerning the MCU and your favorite Web-Head! That's right, Spider-Man is officially in The Avengers: Age of Ultron! Check out the footage here!

In this clip we see a man minding his own business washing the windows of a skyscraper in New York City. [The Avengers](movie:9040) tower and The Empire State Building can also be scene in the background. As the worker wipes away the cleaning solution...SPIDER-MAN APPEARS!!! Spider-Man sequentially follows suit with a wise cracking "Hey, you missed a spot!"

Now, before we move any further, I should state that it is not 100% confirmed that the leaked footage above is real. However, with that being said, I am under the impression that this footage is indeed real and not a clever fabrication to toy with the emotions of the fans. My reasons why are as follows:

Reason Number 1:

This footage seems to have been illegally recorded in a movie theater of sorts. There are subtitles present to translate the english into Spanish. Why would fake footage be using subtitles? I struggle to find a reason. That, to me, is reason enough to take this as fact, not fiction, but alas I realize that for some, further proof is necessary, so let us continue.

"Spidey agrees"
"Spidey agrees"

Reason Number Two:

Though this footage is very low quality, it appears to be visually sound. I am under the impression that if this were indeed fake footage, the quality of film would be higher. What I mean by this is that any fan-made trailer would take and composite different bits of film to make it seem credible. I also believe that if it were faked, there wouldn't have been reason to make it appear shot in what truly appears to be a movie theater.

"Get hyped"
"Get hyped"

Reason Number Three:

The last reason I believe that this is, in fact, our infamous Marvel post credit scene, lies within the notion that this truly appears to have Marvel written all over it. Joss Whedon has already stated that there will be no post credit scene. That follows suit with many other Marvel endeavors of the sort. You can see the statement from Whedon here. In addition Kevin Feige very blatantly denied speculation of Spider-Man being in Avengers: Age of Ultron at all. So much so that he very rigorously shakes his head "no". You can watch that interview here.

"I know Toby, I can't believe he's home either."
"I know Toby, I can't believe he's home either."

In closing, I would like to reiterate that this follows justly in typical Marvel fashion, not solely because of denied speculation, but also because, putting it simply, this is just how Marvel rolls. The Spider-Man we see in this footage is, to a tee, exactly what Kevin Feige has claimed the new Spider-Man will be. He appears to be young, he is witty, and he definitely has a new suit. Similar...But new nonetheless.

Regardless of what I think, I want to know what YOU think! Is this actually what we will see at the end of Avenger: Age of Ultron? Or is this just some cruel, mean soul out to play with all of our emotions? Sound off below!

Is this legit???
