With all the excitement surrounding David Duchovny's impending return to rustling through files designated "X," you'd be forgiven if you forgot, or some how over looked the fact that he is set to revisit our TV screens a lot sooner in NBC's new drama Aquarius.
The series, set near the end of the swingin' sixties, focuses on the hunt for infamous serial killer Charles Manson.
Here's the synopsis:
In 1967, Los Angeles police sergeant Sam Hodiak (Duchovny) is helped in a missing persons case by undercover officer Brian Shafe (Grey Damon), who behaves like a hippie and fits in with the people being questioned. Unknown to them, their investigation will lead them to Charles Manson.
Like the sound of that? Well here's the trailer to really solidify the feels:
What did you make of that?
Aquarius also stars Gaius Charles (Grey’s Anatomy), Grey Damon (Star-Crossed), Gethin Anthony (Game of Thrones), Emma Dumont (Bunheads), Michaela McManus (The Vampire Diaries), David Meunier (Justified) and Chris Sheffield (The Last Ship).
