I recently took a quiz that would determine what my fandom was. Quiet honestly, I suspected it would have been something along the lines of books, or, you know, Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Divergent, all that mainstream stuff.
However, I did not realize how much of a TV addict I was until I found out my result which was as follows:
You love ALL things Television.
Your responses tell me that you're a big TV fan. Am I right? You know your shows, and you have a strict day planner to remind you of each new episode release. I know it's tough, but put down the remote for a minute and try giving us your best scare. That's right - share a HORROR article! HOT TOPICS: Unfriended, American Horror Story: Hotel, Insidious: Chapter 3, Poltergeist.
HOLY MOLY, am I a TV fan! Yes, I am a huge TV show fan, I watch about 10 shows a week regularly, and that doesn't even INCLUDE the shows that I watch on Netflix. Yes, I have my fair share of TV shows that I watch (The Vampire Diaries, Arrow, The Flash, The Originals, Reign, Revenge, Pretty Little Liars, and The Big Bang Theory are only to name a few). You must know how devoted of a fan I must be just by knowing that I have stuck with Pretty Little Liars since the beginning. LIKE HELLO?! After 5 seasons, we just NOW find out who the Big A is, and even then, we don't really know who it is. I know, confusing right? That's Pretty Little Liars for you.
But seriously, I can not explain why I love TV shows so much, but they're the things that I look forward to every week, the things that leave some mark, some suspense, some mystery, some extraordinary, no matter how ordinary or hard my life might be. So thank you TV shows, you make my life worth living :)
OK, onto writing about HORROR! I'm quiet a fan I must say, I've always been and always will, not matter how much they freak me out.
So, I have grown up watching the Scream movies.. you know, that slasher dude that comes up in every possible scene that you would never expect, no matter how much you are anticipating it? The guy with that Scream face, that no matter how old you are, you will forever be scared of?
Yeah, so I recently read an article that told me that they are making a TV series spin-offish type thing on MTV.. I don't know how I feel about that. I've grown up with these movies, and though I watched it, I didn't quiet enjoy the fourth movie as much because it felt unnecessary and the original story felt complete. Now, knowing that they are making a TV series, I am not a hundred percent sure how I feel. Maybe it'll be a surprise, maybe not. But you never know until you see it for yourself right? I guess I will check it out for the sake of the series, but my real judgement will come afterwards.
