Now, odds are, if you're reading this, then you're already pretty much caught up on the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After all, not only have the MCU's constituent movies more or less defined the world of the summer blockbuster over the past seven years, but they're about as popular as a set of movies can be without actually being set in a Galaxy Far, Far Away.

Everyone, though, has at least one friend who can't bear the idea of having to watch all ten previous entries in the MCU before going to see the soon-to-arrive Avengers: Age of Ultron - and this here video from the good folks over at Vulture is very much for them.

Or, in fact, for pretty much anyone (on any level of Marvel Fan-dom) who wants a comprehensive reminder of just how awesome the MCU has been, in just over seven minutes.

Possibly the most interesting thing about the video, though?

Just how little of this...

...And this...

...You need to have seen in order to understand what's going on in Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Which, for me at least, was very much one of those 'glass-shattering, can't unsee it' kind of moments.

What do you think, though?
