Scarlet Witch has been confirmed to appear in the upcoming Marvel blockbuster Captain America: Civil War!

The Avengers not only band together to save the world from the tyrannies of evil they also seem to set a trend for what is to come from the future of Marvel. [The Avengers: Age Of Ultron](tag:293035) introduced us all to a glorious plethora of new names, faces and skills, one of which being Scarlet Witch.

Played by Elizabeth Olsen, this Telekinetic bad ass sorceress has proven to the Marvel world she has serious staying power for the brand. For a clearer view of who she is and what this saucy sorceress has to offer I suggest you get onto watching The Avengers Age of Ultron.

Remember, this is merely the list we have to date, There will be more to come.

What's that? Spider-man may be in the movie?

In an interview between Robert Downey Jr and Letterman on the Late Show yesterday. The subject of Spider-man's role in Captain America Civil War was brought up. The subject was mostly skirting the issue but Letterman being Letterman came out and asked Bobby directly if Spider-Man was to star in the movie.

“He may well be. Yeah, I hear that they’re looking to cast a new Spider-Man.”

Letterman went onto to ask who the fans should root for in the upcoming movie. Iron Man, Captain America or Spider-Man..

Add this to the fact that Disney and Sony have agreed to share custody of Spider-Man on the big screen. Swing into the Civil War Spidey! But who's side will Spider-man be on?

Captain America Civil War will be the third edition to the brand. The third edition pits Captain America (Chris Evans) against Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and shooting is expected to begin on the 27th of April, hitting cinemas on May 6, 2016.
