HAPPY BIRTHDAY Michelle Pfeiffer!
Michelle Marie Pfeiffer was born on April 29 1958 in Santa Ana, California.
Graduating from Fountain Valley High School in 1976, Pfeiffer completed on year of college at Golden West College, where she was studying to be a court reporter.
Her first job as a performer was at Disneyland in the mid-1970s, playing Alice from Alice in Wonderland before going on to compete in pageants, winning the Miss Orange County beauty pageant in 1978 as well as finishing sixth position in Miss California in the same year.
In 1980, Pfeiffer made her film debut in The Hollywood Knights but her breakout came in 1983 when she starred along side Al Pacino in Scarface.
While most of her roles have been in movies, Pfeiffer's started her acting career on a TV show called Delta House before going on to star in shows like CHiPs, B.A.D. Cats, Fantasy Island, The Simpsons and Picket Fences.
Now onto the massive list of her film credits including Charlie Chan and the Curse of the Dragon Queen, Grease 2, Into the Night, Ladyhawke, The Witches of Eastwick, Married to the Mob, Tequila Sunrise, The Fabulous Baker Boys, Frankie and Johnny, Wolf, Dangerous Minds, One Fine Day, The Deep End of the Ocean, What Lies Beneath, I Am Sam, White Oleander, Hairspray, New Year's Eve, Dark Shadows and she was last seen in 2013's The Family.

FUN FACTS: Barbara Walters called Michelle Pfeiffer, along with Julia Roberts, one of the most beautiful people she has ever interviewed and has also been mentioned in two songs; "Riptide" by Vance Joy and "Uptown Funk" by Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson.
Now here are my Top 2 Michelle Pfeiffer roles (if you hadn't guessed by the titles omitted from the above lists!).
I love this movie and will always put it on for something light to watch.
Aside from Pfeiffer (obviously!), this film has such a stellar cast including Charlie Cox (Daredevil), Claire Danes (Homeland) and Robert De Niro (Goodfellas) just to name a few.
I've always had the intention to read the book but, as yet, haven't got around to it but if it's anything like the movie, I'm sure I'll love it just as much!
BATMAN RETURNS (1992)
I LOVE Batman Returns! Michelle Pfeiffer will always be my favourite Catwoman!
Everything about this movie is amazing. The dark feel, Tim Burton, the cast, the story - just the whole package makes it my favourite Batman film.
FUN FACT: Annette Bening was originally cast as Selina Kyle/Catwoman but left due to her pregnancy. Lena Olin (Alias) was also considered for the role.
