There are far too few things in this world as beautiful as losing yourself in the serenity of nature. Standing in the middle of a forest, inhaling deeply the scent of dirt and pine, luscious green shrubbery and trees scattered as far as the eye can see and the sounds of birds coating the air with a cacophony of chirps and communicative whistles.

The peace and sense of minisculity when stood amidst these towering giants can strip you down to the core, and return you to a state long forgotten, a feeling of sheer awe and wide-eyed amazement of the world - a second childhood as it were.

That's what I believe photographer Laila Pregizer is alluding to in her stunning collection of photographs that seek to recombine humanity and nature, by stripping away the material and placing the models back into nature with some outstanding body paint.
