If Eli Roth's horrific Hostel series gave audiences a taste of torture porn cinema, the upcoming Pernicious seems like it's set to shove it straight down your throat.
Here to quell your blood-thirsty desire to watch over-privileged backpackers suffer immense pain, Pernicious trades Hostel's backstreets of Eastern Europe for the creepy remote villages of Thailand.
According to the synopsis, the movie:
follows the plight of three American beauties whose dream summer adventure in Thailand quickly turns into a nightmare when they unleash the spirit of a murdered child with only one thing on her mind…revenge.
