Plot-holes, don't you just hate them? I know I do. Ever since the pilot, The Flash has had this one big plot-hole that has caused an itch that I just can't scratch. This plot-hole is still present in almost every episode so I thought I'd get it off my chest.
After Barry gets stuck by lighting, he lands in a coma for nine months, Barry wakes up from the coma and develops the power of super speed, he joins forces with the team at STAR Labs when other people like him are committing crimes and tries to stop them.
This is what bugs me, why have all these meta-humans only started committing crimes nine months after getting their powers and specifically right after Barry woke up from his coma? Surely they would already be doing crimes way before Barry woke up but no, they're only doing it after.
A logical explanation is that they have also been in a coma for nine months but that makes even less sense! If this was the case, how has no one picked up on this pattern? If they did, Barry and every other meta-human would be in serious doo doo by the authorities who knows all of their identities.
So CW, what the hell? Maybe someone in the comments could help me out and fix this plot-hole. Type away!
