Antoine Fuqua's The Magnificent Seven, a film about gun men in the old west banding together to aid a poverty-stricken village against villainous thieves, already includes a star-studded cast. With the likes of Denzel Washington, Chris Pratt, Ethan Hawke, Vincent D'Onofrio, Wagner Moura, and Haley Bennett, this film is looking unbelievable.
But can you guess who else Fuqua has recruited to complete this badass group of heroic cowboys?
The ever-so-studly Jason Momoa, known for his role as Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones! Though his exact character isn't exactly known, there is speculation that he will be playing some sort of villain.
In case you have any doubts about Momoa pulling of a frightening and powerful malicious character, be sure to check out his performance as Khal Drogo in this clip:
The exciting news doesn't stop there. Another actor has also signed onto this film, adding to this already stunning ensemble. One clue: he's an incredible martial artist...
You may have caught him as Storm Shadow in the G.I. Joe films, as well as T-100 in Terminator Genisys.
Lee will be portraying the character Billy Rocks, and I suppose we're going to have to sit on the edge of our seats waiting to hear exactly what kind of person Billy Rocks is, as no description has been released on the character.
I will be impatient, but I know January 2017 will sneak up on us faster than we think. For now, I'm looking forward to hearing more updates about Fuqua's film, and a behind-the-scenes picture or two couldn't hurt either!
