No Man's Sky seems to offer endless potential in its procedurally generated universe. Hello Games will gift us a fascinating experience on the PS4 this year and hopefully the PC release date won't be far behind it. However, with all of the details that we've learned about the game, there are still certain things that gamers would love to see in this universe.
Hello Games can only put so much into No Man's Sky, and perhaps if full modding options get a green light, we'll be able to achieve a lot of our desires. But in its current form - with all of the information that we have about one of the most anticipated titles of 2015 - what would you like to change or introduce into this universe on release date?
No Mans Sky - What Would You Add to the Universe On Release Date?
Let me start off by saying I'd love to see bigger vessels in No Man's Sky. It'd be incredible to be able to relate the location of a large freighter to other players on the same server. It could be a hostile ship and we can all come together to try and prevent it from endangering a nearby planet. We could attack it together and gain a great deal of experience towards reaching the centre of the galaxy.
I also think it'd be cool if there was a large ship flying around space which we could use as a temporary base. We could barter with other players, buy upgrades for our ships and engage in mini-games with other players that happen to be on board at the same time. Basically, I just want to be able to communicate with other players in a meaningful way and be able to engage with them out in the depths of space. It could be pretty lonely out there after a good few hours of gameplay.
But what about you guys? Are you excited for No Man's Sky but see room for improvements? What would you like to see Hello Games implement into their formula on release date for the PS4 and PC? Do you want NPCs? Dogfights? The ability to destroy a planet? Be sure to let us know in the comments and hold tight for No Man Sky's release date!
