Over the last few years Disney has worked its hardest to try and present a more diverse range of characters in its films, something which is much appreciated by it's enormous worldwide audience who are all keen to see a Disney character reflect them and their culture.

In 2016 Disney's first official Polynesian Princess will make her debut when Moana hit screens, something I personally can't wait for, however with such a large number of characters in their films, there is one talented artist over on the Tumblr site Let There be Doodles who has taken it upon herself to see what some of our favorite characters would look like as different ethnicities, a process which has been dubbed 'racebending.'

Take a look at what many of your favorite Disney characters look like racebent:

Tiana from The Princess and the Frog

Whatever ethnicity Tiana may be, Naveen the frog still looks very, very unimpressed.

Ariel from The Little Mermaid

Ariel's big green eyes are mesmerizing, and I love the little detail of her clam shell Maang Tikka as well!

Belle from Beauty and the Beast

Belle is one of those characters who looks gorgeous no matter if she's reading in a library or half scared to death by the Beast.

Pocahontas has been given a much more pacific-looking makeover, the flower in her flowing hair is a nice touch - I'm sure she's still painting with all the colors of the wind!

Merida from Brave

It doesn't matter what ethnicity Merida is, as long as she keeps that voluminous hair!

I'm sure that whatever ethnicity Mulan is, she would still be a total badass.

Rapunzel from Tangled

Ahh, I love this take on Rapunzel, her colorful clothing and the beautiful flowers in her hair totally match her personality.

Jane Porter from Tarzan

This take on Jane is totally refreshing, I love that she's still maintained her slightly perplexed look as well!

Kida from Atlantis: The Lost Empire

Kida as a Māori New Zealander is pretty awesome, I love that she even has a moko (traditional Māori tattoo) below her lips to her chin as well, totally fitting of a princess.

Princess Eilonwy from The Black Cauldron

Princess Eilonwy is not a very well known Disney character but she looks beautiful in her racebending transformation.

Esmeralda from The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Esmeralda has lost none of her sass by being racebent, in fact I think she looks even more badass.

Anna and Elsa from Frozen

Anna and Elsa look like they're totally ready to build a snowman in those furs!

Jasmine from Aladdin

This has got to be one of my faves, I especially like how Rajah has been transformed into Simba to better fit the new Jasmine!

Megara from Hercules

I could absolutely see Megara as a Cleopatra-type character, couldn't you?

Snow White

All right, all right. I know that when she's a different ethnicity the name 'Snow White' may not work as well, but, regardless I think this change is very cool.

Aurora/Briar Rose from Sleeping Beauty

There's nothing else to say except that this is simply wonderful!
